• Public designs: If you choose to make a design “public” on any of our associated platforms (TimelessHome.AI™, TimelessOffice.AI™, TimelessShopping.AI™, or TimelessLandscapes.AI™), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use those specific images for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media, and demonstrations of our technology.
• You control visibility: You can change a design’s visibility settings at any time. However, once a design has been made public, we may have already used or distributed those images, and such prior uses will remain valid.
